Minimum ordering quantities of specific varieties is 6 or more.
Minimum orders of $400 excluding GST.
Steps after you have placed in an order (Get a quote)
Please login or create an account to purchase. *We may need to send you an activate link to set up your password after we assess your details.
1. We will check your order within 1-2 business days and send you a quote via email with available varieties and QTYs.
2. Please confirm your order after receiving the invoice or quote. Once your order has been picked and confirmed, changes can not be made. We are happy to send you photos of the entire order.
3. Dispatch or Pick up/ Drop off arrangement
AU POST: Confirming your order or payment before 10am Friday. We will prepare to post your order on the following Monday. We will send you a tracking link after dispatch your order.
Transport Company: As soon as the order has been confirmed, we will book for you or we can ask them for a quote or you could contact to the transport company if you wish.

We currently dispatch plants as either transported potted plants or as bare rooted plants posted via express post.
Shipping cost will be added in your final Invoice after shipping. If you need an estimate please contact us.
Bare Rooted Orders
We currently send bare rooted plants via Australia Post and by "Express Post" only.
Orders are dispatched once a week on the Monday and delivered within 2-5 business days.
All state gets charged a bare rooting fee of $25 per order if they use Australia Post
Western Australian and NT customers please note that we are only able to send plants to these states as bare rooted plants and these orders require pre-approval, a permit and treatment. Approvals and confirmation from the appropriate Departments of Agriculture may take over a week to process.
There is a $50(WA), $30(TAS) charge per order for the necessary permit and treatment.
*For WA, this cost is not included for inspection fee by Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development's Agriculture and Food.
We do not distribute or transport plants ourselves but there are several transport companies available which we are happy to organize and book for you.

Please Note: Any additional costs associated with delivery via the Transport Companies above the given quote, will be passed on to the customer.
Please send us pictures of product and box. So that we can put a claim to Australia Post. They will assess the damages and take further action.
We select the best quality plants from our stock to fulfil your order. For bare rooted orders each plant is removed from its pot and cleaned of soil and allowed to dry a little prior to packing (This is to reduce moisture levels inside the parcel when packed). Plants are then neatly wrapped with padding, boxed and posted within hours of being packed to ensure a safe arrival.
This is the safest, cleanest and cheapest method of posting succulents.
Although the best care is taken when picking and packing each order, occasionally side pups or the leaves on some of the more delicate species may become dislodged and separated from the parent plant.
Size, colour, and shape may also vary a little according to the seasons, temperature and due to slight drying upon packing and may possibly look slightly different from the photo.

Surcharge: $0.33 plus 1.98% (3.85% for AMEX) will be added to the payment amount (there is an additional fee for international cards)
- Bank Transfer
Surcharge: $0.88 will be added to the payment amount
*Customer must enter their bank account details for direct debit.
Zero provides the biller code and reference number need for payment.
Customer must then pay by BPAY using their bank or financial institution's online banking facility.
